Payments and Deposits
Day Trips
Refunds are eligible for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled trip.
PADI Courses
A non-refundable deposit is necessary for the purchase of PADI materials.
Liveaboard (LOB) Bookings
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Refunds on deposits are available within 7 days of payment, provided the cancellation is more than 4 weeks before the trip date. No refund is available within 1 month of the liveaboard departure.
Cancellation by Azul Komodo
In the event that Azul Komodo cancels a trip, a full 100% refund will be issued.*
* Any associated bank fee costs will not be included in the refund.
