Azul Komodo Refund Policy
| Payments and Deposits For Day Trips: Refunds are eligible for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled trip. For PADI Courses: A non-refundable deposit is necessary for the purchase of PADI materials. For Liveaboard (LOB) Bookings: A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Refunds on deposits are available within 7 days of payment, provided the cancellation is more than 4 weeks before the trip date. However, no refund will be available within 1 month of the LOB. | Cancellation by Azul Komodo: In the event that Azul Komodo cancels a trip, a full refund of 100% will be issued.* *Please note that any associated bank fee costs will not be included in the refund.
